Later, he delved into the retail food industry, refining his leadership abilities through programs such as the Disney Leadership Institute and Franklin Covey 7 Habits for Managers. Since 2010, Larry has operated as a certified coach and speaker on a global scale, delivering training sessions in both English and Portuguese.
