Michael Bayer is a change expert, with more than 26 years of experience leading successful, self sustaining LEAN initiatives in healthcare organizations across the United States and Canada.

He leads a team of change management experts, referred to as “The Implementation People” who are dedicated to helping people and organizations integrate lean processes to s eliminate waste, reduce cost and increase the quality of care.

Michael is a University of Winnipeg graduate, holding Bachelor’s Degrees in both Arts and Science. He received his MBA from California Coast University. and his LEAN Black Belt for Healthcare from the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

He was awarded The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers Winnipeg Chapter, Presentation Mastery Award for Speaking Excellence, and was inducted into the Toastmasters Hall of Fame for speaking excellence. He received his Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association in July 2009. He is one of only six people world wide and the only Canadian to hold both the Toastmasters Accredited Speaker and the National Speaker Association Certified Speaking Professional designations.

Michael is a member of The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, Toastmasters International, The Society of American Magicians and The University of Winnipeg Alumni Association.

On a personal note, Michael loves performing as a professional magician and lives with his wife and family in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
