Fran Kick owns a training, consulting, and publishing company Instruction & Design Concepts which has served over 1,000+ domestic and international clients since 1986. Fran’s company creates, develops, designs, and delivers educational leadership consulting, curriculum, presentations, programs, products, published books, training games, and marketing material. He earned his CSP® Certified Speaking Professional™ designation in 1999. Fran has made over 3,300 paid presentations in all 50 U.S. states plus six Canadian Provinces to audiences of 40 to 10,800. He has authored six published books, 41 journal and industry magazine articles, plus nine train-the-trainer facilitator guides.

Fran Kick combines his clinical counseling background in Educational Psychology with over 30 years in the business and K-20 educational fields. He has worked with diverse organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, Merge Healthcare, Genentech, Yamaha, Procter & Gamble, the U.S. Army, the New York State Department of Labor, and the Ohio Department of Education. Fran earns and maintains a 90% client retention rate with his top seven revenue generating clients renewing year-over-year for over 10 consecutive years.
